My legend has had no problems at all with the data connection. I might have to turn off and on the mobile connection the odd time just to refresh the connection. I suggest its your settings on the phone.

I have the same issue
Legend cant browse internet via some access points with B 11 Mb it connects gets address, but nothing, and it is not switching to mobile internet because it thinks it is connected via access point but then I discovered, in nights when all other devices is turned off it gets e-mails, and when I came very close to this access points to browse internet- it works - about 1 meter, while on other 54G it works 100 of meters even further than PC, so it is packet settings in OS.

Hi sghk200, can you tell me how you turn on 3G connection exactly? I've covered the same problem but now it's solved.

Thanks!
