legend will not fully charge battery

My new legend will not fully charge. I have never seen the green light showing battery fully chraged. I have tried a different charger and tried to charge from a computer. It goes to about 85% but never shows fully charged. Any ideas???

P.S. I have just discovered that you can make the legend tell you it is charged by taking the battery out and replacing it. Any one else have this problem?

I have discovered that if you leave the internet connected while charging there just does not seem to be enough oomph in the charger to get it fully charged. I turn off everything except the phone now if I am not using them. The battery then last me two or three days and it goes to green on charge. I think I was just so overwhelmed by what the thing did when I first got it that I left too many power hungry features contantly in use. I am very pleased with the phone!!
