You should be prompted on the phone for the connection type. Choose "Disc Drive" The computer will probably pop up a dialog window asking what you want to do with the drive. I usually just choose "open folder" and then you can drag and drop as needed. This option appears on the phone when you connect to computer. The phone shows up on the computer as a disc drive so all you need to do is select the files/folders you wish to transfer and drag and drop to the disc drive (phone).
