Ive tried applying an animated wallpaper but it only applies as a regular wallpaper.....help?! Under "Settings > Personalise > Home Wallpaper" there's live ones available but I don't know what format you'd use to make your own. Actually I find the movement on the home page annoying so a static one does me fine. BTW Live wallpaper is an additional battery drain.
